Chetcuti design is a custom make service which is specialized in fitting and tailoring garments to the clients body. A $120.00 consultation fee is charageable at your appointment which covers the design and meeting time of your first consultation. A $30.00 fabric selection service fee is applicable for selection of textiles up to 1hr. Please not that you will be required for a minimum of 3 fittings which may take up to 1hr each. This is to ensure that you will have a garment that is perfectly tailored to you. If you are not available for all fittings during the course of making, you will be responsible for having the garment altered after the allocated fittings at your expense. A 50% deposit is required when then jobs commences. You will be given a quote at the beginning of the job which is an estimated indication of how much the project will cost to complete. Please refer to your individual quote to see inclusions. Generally there will be a quote for the sewing of the garment, and a quote for fabrics, if we are sourcing them, we may also charge a sourcing and ordering fee if we are buying rolls of fabric from our suppliers. This covers the cost and time spent, checking availability of fabrics. The balance 50% will be payable before the completion of the job. Please note that you will need to pay for your orders in full in order to collect the finished garments. If you intend to collect the garments on a particular day, and wish to direct deposit funds, then this action must be done, in advanced and the funds must clear in the nominated bank account, or a receipt emailed to info@chetcuti.com.au of payment advice. Textiles: We take great care to ensure that we handle and manufacture your textiles to the highest manufacturing standards possible. We do not accept responsibility for your dry cleaner, presser, or people or business which are handeling the cleaning and aftercare of your garments. We will not be responsible for dye, colours bleeding in the wearing or cleaning process. This is a general understanding of the client, and between contrasting colours it is a common occurance. Please select your fabrics carefully if you wish to avoid this occurance. Payments: We accept two forms of tender, Cash Payment, & Direct Deposit. Please nominate an email address in which you would like your receipts and invoices to be emailed to. Fittings: Please bring the appropriate undergarments to your fittings. Please bring the bra/corset/shoes/control briefs etc that you intend to wear with the finished garment. It is important that you are fitted with the same undergarments each time you have a fitting. This will ensure consistency in obtaining an accurate fit. Please note there is a maximum of one person other than the person having a fitting allowed in the fitting room. This ensures that the fitting is completed in a timely manner. There are no children/ food or drinks allowed in the fitting room, unless children are being fitted for garments they are having made. This is primarily for safety as scissors and pins are often in surrounds of fitting room. Extra Fittings & Adjustments: Please note that you will be asked when having your fittings if you are comfortable and satisfied with the adjustments being made, at your final and third fitting, it is imperitive that you let the technician know of any finer adjustments required. If you need alterations and adjustments to the finished and complete garment, these alterations will be charged to the client. Please ensure that you remove all shoes at the front door. This helps maintain a clean environment for our fitting room. If you need to change or adjust your fitting time, please telephone as soon as your aware of this, to make an alternate arrangement. Please note that you must handle garments responsibly when they are taken from the premises, if you demage, break a zip, split garment or demage garment in any way after signing the CHETCUTI garment completion and release form, you will be liable to pay for repairs and maintenance to have garment mended or repaired. By signing the garment completion and release form, you acknowledge that you are receiving a finished and complete order, and that you have acknowledged that the garment meets your requirements in full. No responsibility will be taken once the garment has left the premises. Please remove all jewellery at your fitting, if you are wearing jewellery that snare or pull fabrics at your refitting you will be required to pay for recutting/stitching the panel that requires attention. Please note that you are required to make an appointment, for fittings, consultations, and collection of garments. If you turn up outside a scheduled appointment time we may not have time allocated to meet your requirements. All garments are stock standard sizing. Below is an indication of Australian Standard sizes to assist you as a guide only when purchasing garments from chetcuti.com.au. Please note that this is a guide only and is not the exact measurements of every garment. It is to be used as an informative tool to reference your approximate size. Chetcuti.com.au will not be responsible if you make an incorrect choice in sizing when referencing the size charts. Please note mens waist measurements are an indication of the jean and pant size required. Please refer to the womens size chart and categorize the waist size referencing the size column on the left hand side of the chart. Please note that these charts are a guide only and it is advised that you use your judement based on the clothing size you normally would choose, if you are required to change size by exchanging stock you will be liable for the postage to and from the studio.
